摘    要:外资企业内部的文化差异是客观存在的现实,文化冲突是一种客观现象,我们无法回避它的存在,只有促进各种文化融合,才能减少企业文化中不和谐因素;跨文化管理的中心任务是解决文化冲突,企业在跨国经营过程中追求超越文化冲突的企业目标,以维系不同文化背景下的员工有一个共同的价值观念和行为准则,这是企业从事国际化经营所必须解决的问题。

Abstract:Cultural difference within foreign-funded enterprise is substantial and cultural conflict is an objective phenomenon,from which we can not shy away,but through promotion of cultural integration can we reduce corporate culture disharmony;Cross-cultural management is the central task of solving cultural conflict.Transnational enterprises aim to overcome cultural conflicts in the course of business meanwhile the staffs with the preservation of diverse cultural backgrounds have the common values and code of conduct.This goal must be achieved in the international business of enterprises.
