| Abstract: | The confiscation of property that is a sort of property-oriented penalties in our criminal punishment system has to face defects such as the excessive scope of confiscation, the deficiency of concrete standard and norm in discretion, being applied to too many acts, and certain improper ways of application. Therefore, that should be perfected. |
