| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济的不断发展,人民群众对高层次、高质量的高等教育需求不断增长,我国高等教育在今后必定有一个极大的发展,民办高等教育的发展空间广阔。民办高等学校要实现发展,必须有正确的办学观、发展观,深化改革、与时俱进;必须狠抓质量、锐意进取,关键是抓教师。

| Abstract: | With the successive development of our country's economy, there surely will be a great development of our country's higher education and a vast space for our country's civilian-run higher education. In order to realize development, civilian-run colleges and universities must have their correct view of running schools and development. They must deepen reform, co-march forward with time, pay much attention to teaching quality and forge a-head. The core of quality is 'cultivating people', the key to quality is the construction of teaching body. |
