| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料，数理统计和录像观察法，对姚明在第22届亚锦赛上的表现进行分析整理，发现中国男篮在进攻中过多地依靠姚明，不能合理分配姚明的体力。针对存在的问题，提出了相应的建议，为促进中国男篮的发展提供参考．
