| 摘 要： | 利益表达是利益自我实现的一个重要环节。中国特色社会主义就是在利益表达活动中得以确立、发展和完善的。利益表达思想是邓小平思想中的一个重要组成部分,邓小平从利益表达与政府决策和执政党政策的关系上充分阐述了利益表达的重要性,对如何提高利益表达主体的表达能力进行了探索,并规定了利益表达客体在利益表达活动中应尽的职责,肯定了利益表达主体进行利益表达的动机,确定了评价利益表达主体利益表达效果的标准,并强调要通过制度化的利益表达机制来规范利益表达主体的表达活动,维护社会的稳定。

| Abstract: | The interest expression is an important link of interest selfaccomplishment.The socialism with Chinese characteristics has an establishment, development and consummation in the interest expression activity.The theory of interest expression is an important part of Deng Xiaoping thought.Deng Xiaoping fully elaborates its importance based on its relationship with the government decision-making and the incumbent party policy.By researching into the expressing ability with which a subject of interest expression can be improved,he stipulates the responsibility of an object of interest expression in the activity.He also affirms the motive of the subject of interest expression,sets up a series of standards to appraise the effect of expression,emphasizes it is important to standardize the activities of the subject of interest expression through its mechanism in order to maintain the stability of the society. |
