| 摘 要： | 新建地方本科院校是区域人才培养的主力军,是区域科技创新、服务的生力军,是区域文化传承、发扬和创新的先行军,是区域理念的传播者和政府的智囊团;同时,新建地方本科院校自身发展须依托所在区域社会,通过科学定位,形成特色,传承地域文化,为区域社会发展建言献策,走产学研相结合的道路,在与区域社会相互依存、相互促进的双赢中实现和谐发展。
