| 摘 要： | 预告登记，为德国中世纪民法所创立，是有关不动产物权变动的一项重要制度。章对预告登记的概念、性质、发生要件、效力、抗辩和解除等方面加以论述，认为预告登记制度有利于实现不动产交易中各方当事人利益的平衡，有利于我国不动产事业的健康发展。

| Abstract: | The advance notice registration is made up of the German civil law in Middle Ages. It is one of the important institutions of the changes of the immovable property rights. This article touches upon the conception, characters, important conditions, effects, counterplea and dissolution of it. And then, this article point out that it is favorable of balancing the interests of the persons related in the transaction of the immovable property and developing the undertakings of the immovable property. |
