| 摘 要： | 通过对我国足球、篮球、排球等10个甲级运动队的82名男运动员进行测试，确立了影响我国球类甲级运动队凝聚力的12个主要因素和预测凝聚力的回归方程，同时对运动队凝聚力水平的高低与运动员动机的关系进行了初步探讨，为我国进一步加强运动队凝聚力建设提供依据和启示。

| Abstract: | The thesis provides 12 main factors which affect the cohesiveness of the first-class ball-playing sports teams of China and a regression equation for predicting the cohesiveness of a team on the basis of tests on 82 male football, basketball, and volleyball players of ten Chinese first-class teams. This study also discusses the relationships between the cohesiveness and motivation of athletes tentatively. The author hopes to present some meaningful apocalypse and basis for strengthening the cohesiveness of sports teams. |
