教师教育的学科化建设及其思考

摘    要:当前的我国教师教育学科建设存在着概念体系不够科学、学科性质没有清晰界定、研究方法简单移植、研究重心偏实用化、学科制度建设不够成熟、研究队伍尚未形成等问题。在把握这些问题的前提下开展教师教育学科建设,需要加强教师教育的学科制度建设,开展教师教育的课程体系建设,同时培育高水平教师教育学学科队伍,提升教师教育学科整体研究水平。

Abstract:There are still many problem in the subject construction of teacher education in China, such as not enough scientific concept system, unclearly defined discipline nature, simply transplanting research method, partial practical research emphasis, immature discipline system construction, unformed research team, etc. We must pay attention to these issues in order to enhance the course of subject construction of teacher education. The construction of teacher education discipline system should be strengthened, as well as the course curricu- lum construction of teacher education, meanwhile, cultivating high level of teacher education discipline team so as to enhancing the level of the overall research of teacher education discipline.
