摘    要:英国是最发达国家,社会产业结构实现了制造经济向信息经济的转化,社会经济结构以第三产业为主;信息化带动工业化,形成以高端信息化产业、高端装备制造业为主体新型工业化体系。反映在社会职业和人力资源需求方面,与第三产业相关的职业岗位及种类不断增加,成为就业的主要渠道;与第二产业相关的职业岗位向高端发展,对知识和技术的要求提高。英国职业技术教育很好地适应了社会经济发展。

Abstract:The UK is a highly-developed country.Its industrial structure has entered the transformation from manufacturing economy to information economy,with the tertiary industry as the main socio-economic structure.Information technology stimulates industrialization,forming a new industrialization system of keeping high-end information industry and high-end equipment manufacturing industry remaining dominant.In terms of the requirement of occupations and human resources,the trades and positions related to the tertiary industry have been growing and becoming the main channel of the employment.The jobs and posts in relative to the secondary industry have been improved toward such a high end that demands knowledge and technical development.British vocational and technical education is well adapted to the socio-economic development.
