铝矾土絮凝剂的制备及应用研究

摘    要:以某地铝矾土以及盐酸为原料,采用酸溶法,制备出聚合铝铁絮凝剂。实验结果表明:焙烧温度为700℃、酸浸时间为24 h时,制备的絮凝剂絮凝效果最好。所研制的铝铁絮凝剂应用于高岭土悬浊液除浊处理,结果表明:在常温下,絮凝剂的投加量为200 mg/L、污水pH值为9~10、絮凝时间为20 min时,所制铝铁絮凝剂的絮凝效果最好。

Abstract:Poly-aluminum-ferric flceculant is made with the bauxite and hydrochloric acid as the raw materials and acid as the solution. The experiment result shows that when the roasting temperature is 700℃ and acid leaching time is 24 hours, the effect is the best. Poly-aluminum-ferric flocculanl is applied to eliminate muddy processing of Kaolin suspension liquid. The result shows that at room temperature, when the flocculant quantity is 200mg/L, the wastewater ph value is 9-10 and flocculation time is 20 minutes, flocculation effect is the best.
