| 摘 要： | 从HBV携带者生活的年限、就餐方式、与家庭成员之间的关系、家庭成员中各车龄组的感染率四个方面进行观察，结果表明家庭内乙型肝炎水平传播的主要暴露因素有日常生活密切接触，家庭未实行分餐吃饭和夫妻性生活，提出了控制家庭内感染的防制措施．
