摘    要:文章针对目前地方高校电气类大学生缺乏创新能力和实践能力的现状,根据地方高校和学生的特点提出了一种切实可行的锻炼学生创新能力和实践能力的“四步”学习法。经过两年多的实践,“四步”学习法取得了显著成效,学生的创新能力和实践能力得到明显提高,学生的创新成果比较显著。“四步”学习法可以为同类高校大学生的创新能力和实践能力教育提供参考。

Abstract:According to present situation of the local university electrical engineering students are short of innovation ability and practical ability, based on the characteristics of local university and students, a feasible four-step learning method to training the students' innovation and practical ability was proposed. A remarkable effect of the four-step learning method has achieved after two years' practice, innovation ability and practical ability has improved obviously and the students' innovation achievements are relatively significant. The method can be a reference for similar college students' innovation and practical ability education.
