| 摘 要： | 我国加入WTO,表明我国经济要融入到世界经济主流中去,给高等教育,特别是高等职业教育带来很大的冲击很大,也给我们带来了发展的良好机遇。高职院校要从专业建设、课程内容、技能实训、学生综合能力培养等方面进行改革。与此同时,更需要政府的宏观调控,主要是从体制、政策、经费等宏观方面制定相应的政策和措施。本文提出了政府要从完善高等职业教育层次,高等职业教育也要实行学位制度,为高等职业教育实行经费倾斜和政策倾斜,全面推行就业准入制度等方面指制订政策和措施,营造出适合高等职业技术教育发展的基本环境,保证高等职业技术教育沿着正确的方向发展。

| Abstract: | China's entry into WTO shows that our domestic economy is destined to join into the main stream of the world economy.It brings both great opportunities and challenges to higher education, especially higher vocational education.Thus the higher vocational school should make related improvement from the academy constructions,course content,skill practice,the cultivation of students' synthetically capacities.Meanwhile,it also needs the government's macroscopic readjustment mainly from the structure,policy,avenues etc.The thesis proposes many ways to improve the higher vocational school educational level,to adopt degree systems,to implement the outlay incline and policy incline and to push the employment system.So those ways can build a fundamental environment that suits the high vocational education and guarantees the correct development direction for the higher vocational education. |
