| 摘 要： | 构建学习型社会,需要开展终身教育,终身教育的发展引发了＂学分银行＂,它的建立将为学习者提供更便捷、更全面的高等教育机会。虽然在我国＂学分银行＂仅试行于职业教育,但对我国远程教育的发展也提供了重要的启示。

| Abstract: | To construct learning society,it is necessary to develop life-long education,which leads to the credit banking.The construction of credit banking will provide the learners with more convenient and more comprehensive opportunities of tertiary education.Even though,in our country,the credit banking is just practiced in the vocational education.Yet it is still an important indication for the development of long-distance education in our country. |
