更新定理在产品保修策略中的应用研究

摘    要:产品价格的确定,不仅要考虑生产成本,还应考虑到售后服务成本等因素。产品保修是非价格竞争下售后服务的主要内容。本文在更新定理基础上,建立了产品保修策略模型。针对模型的分析表明:当今消费品转型时代.只有降低生产成本,提高产品质量,引入产品的差异性,延长产品寿命,制订合适的保修策略,才能保障合理的厂商利润,有效刺激需求。实证表明,更新理论应用于汽车维修的生产实践,结果是准确可靠的。

Abstract:The product's price is determined not only by production costs but also by service costs. Guarantee is the main point of service of non-price competition. A guarantee product tactics model based on renewal theory is established in this paper. The model states clearly that in the times of consumer goods transition, the only way is to ensure firm's rationalization profit and to stimulate the requirement effectively by drawing diversity into product, reducing production costs, improving the quality of products, prolonging production life and working out suitable guarantee tactics. The demonstration states that the model based on renewal theory is adapted to confirm second stage maintenance period and the result is correct.
