| 摘 要： | 知识链组织之间的知识协同是一个知识流动的过程,其协同效应来源于知识协同的规模经济效应、范围经济效应与学习经济效应.知识链组织通过协同识别机制,寻找到合适的企业组织,建立合作伙伴关系.在知识协同过程中,组织之间通过知识共享、知识转移与组织学习等互动过程而实现知识创造的目的.

| Abstract: | The process of knowledge synergy in knowledge chain's inter-firm cooperation is a process of knowledge flow.The synergy effects come from economies of scale,economies of scope and economies of learning.The organization in knowledge chain can select proper partner through synergy identification mechanism.The purpose of knowledge creation can be realized through the interaction process of knowledge sharing,knowledge transferring and organizational learning in the process of knowledge synergy. |
