| Abstract: | Taking TIK as an example,the paper analyses from the level of income,financing capacity and efficiency of investment firstly,then draws a conclusion that the key to improve the ability of investment is to enhance investment efficiency,and then extends the income levels and reduces effectively the cost of funds effectively. |
