| 摘 要： | 市场经济是自由竞争的经济，需要确立自由的价值观。自由的价值内涵即人类在物质和精神上的解放。为了引导人们处理好人与自然、人与人的关系，应通过法律指导实践，使人类的行为符合自然与社会的发展规律，实现自由价值。

| Abstract: | The value of freedom should be established when the market economy systerm is at the stage of free competition. The essence of the value is that human will obtain freedom in matter and mind. For the sake of conciliation in the relation between the human and nature, person and person, practice should be binded by law in order to make the behaviore of mankind coordinate the development regulation of the nature and society, so that the freedom value will be realized . |
