| 摘 要： | 分析了近来关于师范大学转型与教师教育改革的讨论,梳理了在讨论中形成的基本共识;提出了师范大学转型的综合化发展方向,以及"综合大学 教育学院"的教师教育体系,并探讨了在这一体系下遇到的问题和解决问题的策略;同时还分析了综合大学中教师教育的几种模式及其选择不同培养模式的依据。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the resent discussions on transformation of normal universities and innovation of teacher education,organizes the common understanding in the discussions.It also points out comprehensive development direction of transformation of normal universities,teacher education system of"comprehensive university education college",and the strategies of solving the problems under this system.Meanwhile,the paper discusses the several models of teacher training and the basis of selecting different models. |
