生态体验理念在幼师教学中的运用

摘    要:“生态体验教育”通过体验而非说教的形式,把知识学习与体验者的生命意义关联起来,从感性生命个体的生存实践出发,凸显教育的实践性、享用性和反思性表达。教学本身也是一种体验,有效的教学策略应该是师生共同的体验。因此,教师必须要用自身情感、渊博的知识征服学生,必须结合生态体验的体验研究教学的策略和艺术,从而提高幼师学生的学习能力。

Abstract:" Ecology experiencing education" , by experiencing instead of lecturing, gets the learning of knowl- edge combined with the life significance of the participants in the experiencing activities. This paper, starting from practice of existence of perceptual life individuals, makes prominent the expression of the nature of practice, enjoyment and reflection of education. Teaching itself is a type of experiencing. The effective teaching strategy should be a joint experiencing by the teacher and the students. Therefore, the teacher should try to conquer the students with his/ her own emotions and his/her profound learning, and should link the experience of the ecology experiencing with the study of the strategy and the arts of teaching to improve thereby the learning ability of students in schools for kindergarten teachers.
