| Abstract: | We use the water soluble substance as the wall forming material,use the spray dry method to produce the water soluble microencapsule. This paper discusses the encapsulation mechanism of spray dry microencapsulation, and focuses on sorting of the ratio of the core material and wall forming material, and searches for the analytic method to test the degree of encapsulation. The test proves that different ratio of core material and wall forming material can effect the encapsulation evidently. |
