| 摘 要： | 现代竞技性艺术体操的飞速发展，使其动作技术的难度加大；艺术价值的要求更高；比赛的竞技性增强；观赏性增高。而与之相适应并对其具有指导意义的规则在整个发展过程中起着决定性的引导作用。从近十年来规则的发展及演变的情况来看，其价值的取向逐渐趋于动作技术的难度化、动作编排的精细化、艺术化，以及运动项目的竞技化。
