| 摘 要： | 我国大陆地区已出台了一些有关校园伤害事故的办法及规定，为事故的处理提供了依据和保障，但在如何预防校园体育伤害事故的发生及提高运动安全方面的法律法规和理论研究却较为少见，但我国台湾地区的相关研究相对较为完善。文章旨在对我国台湾地区如何预防学校体育伤害事故及提高运动安全等问题进行研究，试图为我国大陆地区学校体育伤害事故的预防、相关法律法规的制定提供参考和借鉴。

| Abstract: | On the mainland, some methods and regulations against injury accidents in school sports have been issued to provide the foundations and guarantees for dealing with the accidents. But few are the laws and theoretical researches on how to prevent the injury accidents in the school and how to improve the safety of sports. However, the related studies in Taiwan are better than the mainland. The paper tries to offer a positive help to prevent the school injury accidents and to formulate the relevant laws and rules by comparing them with those in Taiwan. |
