摘 要: | 本文从年龄结构、学历结构和产业结构、区域结构、所有制结构以及人才外流现象等方面对四川省青年高级人力资源的现状进行了分析,在结合人才资本价值量计算的基础上,提出了四川省青年高级人力开发管理的若干政策性建议。

Abstract: | In the paper,the authors analyze the current situation of excellent young human resources in Sichuan Province from the aspects of age structure,educational structure and industrial structure,territory structure,system of ownership structure and the outflow of talented persons.Based on the capital value of calculation of the talented persons,they put forward some policy suggestions on the development &management of young human resources in Sichuan province. |
