加拿大高等职业教育的多元学制课程分析及其启示

摘    要:加拿大高等职业教育的多元学制主要有二、三年制大专文凭全日制教育,四年制本科前期教育,研究生证书专业教育等基本形式。其课程特色可概括为:(1)课程目标定位准确;(2)课程开发源于行业需求;(3)课程贴近职业岗位;(4)课程突出职业能力。反观我国的高职教育,尚存在课程与岗位工作匹配度低、重基础理论等问题,应借鉴加拿大高职教育的经验,在学制、课程定位等方面加以改革。

Abstract:There are full-time education of 2/3 years,four years education before the bachelor degree,postgraduate education,etc.The curriculum features include that the location of curriculum object is clear;the curriculum development based on the professional needs;the curriculum is near to the vocational position;the curriculum emphasizes the vocational ability.Reviewing our higher vocational education,there are the problems between the curriculum and the job position,emphasizing the basic theory,etc.We should borrow the experience of Canadian higher vocational education to reform the education system and curriculum location,etc.
