| 摘 要： | 做好监考是组织自学考试工作的基本要求,对于维护自学考试的声誉,树立良好的学风、教风、考风都有着积极的意义。通过对监考工作中存在的监考责任意识不强、监考业务不熟练、监考尺度把握不一、对监考人员的监督力度不够等问题的分析,提出:1.加强领导,制度保障;2.抓好培训,规范考务程序;3.严把考试关,监考力度松紧适度;4.健全监考人员的监督制度等对策,确保国家教育考试的顺利进行,为进一步改进组织自学考试工作提供参考。

| Abstract: | The invigilation of the self-learning exams is of great significance to set good style of learning,teaching and exams.And it's also helpful to keep the fame of this kind of examinations.The paper focuses on the problems that invigilators lack sense of responsibility,and they are not professional at the job with different standards.What's more,there's no enough supervision on the invigilators.Based on the above analysis the author suggests that leadership and training in the self-learning exam invigilation should be strengthened,and the policy of the supervision on the invigilators should be improved. |
