| 摘 要： | 山东省旅游业发展迅速，但省内差距较大，存在一系列问题．定量评价山东省内区域旅游竞争力可找出不同城市的竞争优势与劣势，从而制定针对性的竞争策略．文中构建了一个评价区域旅游竞争力的多维指标体系，利用因子分析方法对指标体系进行定量分析，借助层次聚类分析方法将17个城市分为三个等级，并分析其竞争优势与劣势，提出增强旅游竞争力的相应对策．
