| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等，对中美两所大学大学生户外运动的现状进行了较为全面、客观的调查与比较研究。目的在于通过分析和比较来自两所不同国家、不同学校、不同教育体制下的大学生的户外运动的现状，让更多的中国大学生了解发达国家大学生的户外运动发展现状及其与发达国家大学生户外运动发展现状的差别，激起中国大学生参与户外运动的兴趣，促进中国大学生户外运动的发展和户外运动课程的开发。
