摘    要:人力资源是企业最重要的资源,要充分发挥企业人力资源的作用,最行之有效的手段就是建立有效的激励机制。列举了目标激励、工作激励、尊重激励、参与激励、培训激励、荣升激励、负激励等七种有效的激励机制,将在推动企业管理,打造企业核心竞争力等方面发挥积极、有益的作用。

Abstract:The importance of human resource in an enterprise is publicly recognized.Establishing an incentive mechanism is the most effective way to display its own superiority.The paper discusses seven specific incentive mechanisms such as aim incentive,work incentive,respect incentive,participation incentive,training incentive,promotion incentive,negative incentive and so on,which will play an important role in further promoting enterprise management and strengthening enterprise's core competence.
