| 摘 要： | 当前,大学生心理健康教育工作中面临许多新情况、新问题,加强大学生心理健康教育工作,是高等学校面临的一项重要任务。学校要充分发挥课堂教学在大学生心理健康教育中的重要作用,积极引导大学生保持健康向上的心理状态,切实帮助大学生解决实际问题,认真做好大学生心理咨询工作和心理健康测评工作,努力构建和完善大学生心理健康教育工作体系,加强大学生心理健康教育队伍建设。

| Abstract: | Currently lots of new problems have arisen from mental health education for college students, so it is a very important task for colleges and universities in China to strengthen mental health education. Classroom teaching should play a very important role in mental health education and at the same time colleges and universities should guide their students to maintain a healthy psychological state, consciously help them to solve their problems, earnestly provide them with psychological counseling services and assessment of psychological well-being, work hard to build and imporve the mental health education system for students and make more efforts in building a contingent for carrying out mental health education. |
