| Abstract: | According to the 2004 Liaoning educational work conference,it's important to cultivate the teacher talents.This paper constitutes the cultivational system of teachers before the duty and the intergreted educational system after the duty in our middle and elementary schools,and constitutes the cultivational mode of talent cultivation for revitalizing the old industry base.Meanwhile,this paper also offers the theoretical foundation of decision for educational administrate department and faculty training department. |
