| 摘 要： | 本文了教师挫折产生的个体差异及具体条件，把挫折归纳为五种范畴，结合社会现实，综合外因与内因，按不同教师的身份提出了发生挫折的种种原因，指出个体差异与师个人的抱负水平及容忍力有关，并对容忍力有关因素进行了讨论；就挫折对教师心理影响的利，害两方面进行了深入分析，提出缓解挫折反应的四项社会措施，以及个人预防或减缓挫折应采取的三方面内容。

| Abstract: | The-personal differences and conditions in the psychological frustration of teachers are discussed and there are five kinds of frustration categories. After studing the writer found the reasons why the teachers have frustration and pointed out that the personal differences have something to do with the level of aspiration and tolerance.The factors such as the teachers'psychological influences are analysed. Four social measures of overcoming the frustration and three proposals of personal prevention are put forward at last. |
