| 摘 要： | 摘要：为了提高创新优势、获得相应收益，联盟成员参加R&D联盟，共同开展创新活动。由于联盟产出资源数量和种类是各联盟成员关注的重点，因此如何实现联盟产出的科学分配，成为联盟管理的重要任务之一。本文从联盟产出分配总体思想、分配方法及流程设计等三个环节对联盟产出分配问题进行系统分析，给出基于联盟成员对产出资源贡献程度设计基本分配方案，引入综合调整系数给出调整方案，根据成员效用总和最大原则，引入偏好系数确定最终分配方案的联盟产出分配方法，旨在为提高联盟产出分配的有效性提供新的思路和科学依据。
