| 摘 要： | 班级和谐人际关系是大学生身心健康成长、成才的重要环境和条件．它具有目标一致、民主平等、团结友爱、心理相客的特征。应采取加强师生关系建设、加强大学生“三观”教育、创设人际交往时空和培养健全人格等策略，促进班级和谐人际关系的形成和发展。
