摘    要:班级和谐人际关系是大学生身心健康成长、成才的重要环境和条件.它具有目标一致、民主平等、团结友爱、心理相客的特征。应采取加强师生关系建设、加强大学生“三观”教育、创设人际交往时空和培养健全人格等策略,促进班级和谐人际关系的形成和发展。

Abstract:The interpersonal harmony of a class is the background and condition for a student's development and features in common target, democratic equality, friendly unity and psychological acceptance. It can be formed and promoted by certain strategies, such as close teacher-student relationship, moral education, healthy personality and appropriate communication.
