| Abstract: | Huhei Provincial governmenrs decision to build West Hubei Ecological Culture Tourism Circle has brought both opportunities and challenges to the development of tourism specialty in the local universities and colleges. This article has analyzed in details from four aspects how to meet the needs of tourism development and improve tourism specialty construction. |
