| Abstract: | To safeguard the migrant workers' rights and interests to labor,we should clarify the migrant workers' legal position and right-protection procedure,strengthen the supervision and implement their various rights and interests including the right of getting one's labor reward and enjoying holidays,the right of vocational training and drawing into trade unions,the right to social security and so on. |
