摘    要:30年高校"体教结合"的政策和模式探索演进历程中,总体上是以高校非体育专业的体教结合为探索重点,取得了多维的实践成效,但在国际模式接轨、有效运行策略和机制等方面仍存在着矛盾。为此,提出了立足国情,借鉴外国有益经验;整合利益机制,促进利益与资源协调平衡;扶持重点,优化资源配置;树立"专业化"教育思想,发挥体育院系的"专业化"教育优势等应对措施。
