| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、调查法、比较法,对湖南省高校现行的体育管理模式进行了深入的研究,认为湖南省高校体育管理模式有四种类型,并分析了这四种类型的优势和弊端,阐明湖南省高校体育管理模式改革的方向：突破传统思维方式,着重从体育战略上寻求突破口,注重内涵式发展,引入全面质量管理的理念。
