| 摘 要： | 采用美国著名统计学家John Hollinger的计算公式,对中国男子篮球队队员的效率进行分析。结果发现：中国队队员之间水平参差不齐,老队员好于年轻队员;中锋位置的实力优于前锋和后卫;同一位置缺乏水平相当的替补队员。提出中国队应该提高整体水平;保持强位置的优势,提高弱位置的能力;选择合适的攻防战术,对促进中国篮球的发展有实践意义。
