| 摘 要： | 明清时期，广东田宅交易安全大致涉及参与交易的成员、田宅交易的前提条件、所交易田宅的情况、契纸和价款交付的情况、出卖人的保证、签订卖契的日期及签押、投官税契及税粮过割等内容，每一个环节出现问题，都有可能给田宅交易安全带来风险。田宅交易安全决非仅仅通过官方力量维持，民间力量也参与其中。

| Abstract: | In the Ming and Qing Dynasties,transaction safety of real estate is maintained not only by officials,but also civil force.transaction safety of real estate involves broadly many aspects,such as the members involved in the transaction,prerequisite for the transaction of real estate,circumstances of real estate,delivery of contract and price,the seller's assurance,date and signature of contract,paying tax and transfer,etc.Risk is brought possibly whether any link occur problem.Effectiveness of transaction of real estate is usually judged by official integrally.Although the cost is very high,but the security of transactions of real estate is basically maintained. |
