摘    要:提高体育教师培训的质量,增强体育教师培训的有效性,是各级教师培训机构亟待解决的一个重要课题。"五步培训法"是提升体育教师培训的有效模式,是搭建体育教育理论与教育教学实践融合互通平台的一种培训方法。

Abstract:It is an essential and significant research subject for various levels of teachers’ training schools to improve the PE teachers’ training quality and the training effectiveness."Five-step training method" is served as an effective model to promote the level of PE teachers’ training as well as a training method to build a sharing platform combining PE theory with PE teaching practice.
