| 摘 要： | 研究生教育制度直接影响到高层次人才数量的增长和质量的提高。目前,我国的研究生培养教育学生入学考试、管理、学制、培养方式以及培养费负担的问题。完善我国研究生教育制度,就要实行分类定位、集中投入、自主管理的制度;建立“资格考试”与“专业考试”相结合的入学制度;改革研究生的导师聘任制度;丰富知识结构,实行多学科综合培养制度,实行收费及扩大收费比例,建立健全助学配套措施;完善研究生评估制度。

| Abstract: | The graduate education system has a direct influence onthe number and quality improvement of the high-level talents.At present,there exist in the education of the graduates such problems as entrance exam,management,curriculum setup,training style,and allocation of tuition.To perfect the education system of graduates in our country,some measures need to be taken,such as a system of classified positioning,centralized financial input and independent management;an enrolment system with the combination of "test on qualifications"and "test on majors";a reform in the tutor-appointment system;a comprehensive training system with broad knowledge structure and multiple subjects;application of the tuition-charging,and a rise in tuition-charging percentage;the construction of a sound grant-in-aid system that matches the graduate education system;improvement of the evaluation system for the graduates etc. |
