| 摘 要： | 组织传播是组织的一种基本行为,传播本质上是对有价值的信息进行流通和推送。当有价值的信息在一定的时空范围内有效传播时,就体现了其价值。提炼学科信息并在高校组织机构及相关框架内传播学科情报,是高等学校图书馆的重要工作之一。
