| 摘 要： | 国际体育仲裁制度在国际体育界及国际仲裁界赢得了良好的口碑，其发展的轨迹亦说明了其存在的价值。依据大量的史料，通过归纳与综合、比较和分析，发现其管辖权的来源、仲裁机构的独立性、仲裁主体的广泛平等性等特点对我国体育仲裁制度的建立具有很大的参考价值，给我们以启示。

| Abstract: | The international sports arbitrition system has gained good reputation in the international sports world and the international arbitration world,and its development also indicates the existing value.Based on a large amount of historical materials,through induction,synthesis,comparison and analysis,this paper finds out the characteristics such as the sources of jurisdiciton,the independence of the arbitrition organization and the wide-ranging equality of the arbitrition main body which provide a lot of reference and give enlightenment to our Chinese sports arbitrition system. |
