| 摘 要： | 分析土地信息系统的设计思想和系统结构,介绍数据库的建立,系统的结构设计和系统的功能模块。阐述该系统能够供莆田市快速获取该市土地数量、质量、权属、分布和利用状况等;能够对土地利用变更调查数据进行更新、管理与分析;能够输出各种查询、统计和分析结果。实现对土地资源的科学管理,为土地利用规划、基本农田保护、决策提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the design thought and the structure, the paper introduces the founding of database and the structure design and functional module of the land information system. The system can quickly obtain the quantity, quality, property, distribution, state of land use and so on. It can also update, administrate and analyze the data of land use and output all kinds of inquiry, statistics and analysis result. Thus it can achieve the scientific management to the land resources and provide scientific basis for the land use planning, the protection of the basic farmland and decision- making. |
