| 摘 要： | 科研工作是高职院校培养师资队伍，加强学生专业技能培养的重要途径。本文根据我国高职院校的科研工作现状。分析了阻碍科研工作顺利开展的制约因素，提出了解决问题的措施，以期对高职院校制定科研政策和促进成果的推广应用提供对策。
