摘    要:含有烯丙基末端基的第二代硅碳烷树枝状大分子与硅胶在甲苯回流及有机碱作酸吸收剂下进行反应。经过化学修饰的硅胶装色漕柱,测试其色谱性能。对于醇类,烷基取代苯.丙烯酸酯同系物可以进行很好的分离。此实验可以作为面向合成、复合材料、分析化学类课程开设综合性实验。

Abstract:Carbosilane dendrimer with allyl end groups is bonded to silieagel. Reactions between the dendrimers and acid-processed silicagel take place with toluene reflux and organic base as catalyst. The chemically modified silicagel is packed into LC column and its separation characters are evaluated. Dendrimer-bonded 5ilieagel is effective Io separate homologous compounds of alcohol, alkyl-substituted benzene, metacrylic acid esters. This experiment can be designed as a comprehensive experiment for the courses of synthesis method, composite materials, analytical chemistry.
