| 摘 要： | 贵州省从江县有一个神秘的苗族聚落,叫"岜沙"(当地音读"bia sε")。当地人说,"岜沙"是苗语音译,意思是"草木繁多的地方",但是,在黔东南苗语中并没有"bia"这个发音。从意思判断,"岜沙"应该源自苗语"bi sai"。"bi"指"山坡","sai"意"荫茂",按修饰语后置于中心词的苗语语序翻译,就是"草木茂盛的山坡"。至于"bi sai"为什么会变成"bia sai",这主要是因为苗族在传播稻作文化的过程中曾与古越族结成苗越族群的缘故。"bia"是古越语,"sai"是苗语,两者结合起来才形成"bia sai"这个苗越混合语。笔者认为,"bia sai"是苗越两族共同传播稻作文化的历史见证。

| Abstract: | "Bia Sai" in Congjiang County,Guizhou Province is a village with a Hmong name meaning "a mountain covered with leafy trees".But the "Bia" of "Bia Sai" did not originate in the Hmong language.As a mountain name or a place name,"Bia Sai" is found widely in southern China where the Hmong group and the ancient Yue group have been living.Actually,the ancient Yue group used the word "bia" to mean "mountain".Based on these facts,this researcher wants to point out that the culture succeeded by the "Bia Sai" village is a mix of Hmong culture and ancient Yue culture,showing that the Hmong group and the ancient Yue group used to spread rice culture jointly in old times. |
