| 摘 要： | 近年来,征地纠纷愈演愈烈,但是相关的解决措施收效甚微。基于城镇化视角,即城镇化对征地行为的影响,以有效地阐释目前我国失地农民的生活样态。在征地过程中,地方政府、社会闲杂人员和开发商分别扮演了不同的角色,征地纠纷集中式爆发,源于我国社会发展理念滞后,需要从发展目的、财产权和法治化三个角度进行改革。

| Abstract: | In recent years land disputes have intensified, but the related measures have little effect. From the perspective of urbanization, the urbanization impact on land acquisition can effectively illustrate the life state of land-lost peasants in China. In the process of land acquisition, local government, social idle personnel and developers respectively play different roles, land disputes have broken out centrally. This derives from our backward concept of social development. The writer analyzes reform from three angles of development objective, property rights and the rule of law. |
